JOIN THE BVTA!
The Brazos Valley Tennis Association would like to invite you to join the BVTA, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, serving and growing the game throughout the entire Brazos Valley. Membership in the BVTA will help the association provide its members with a variety of membership benefits.
Member Benefits
· Brazos Valley Tennis Newsletter
The latest news will come right to you at your e-mail address as it happens. The news will be posted on the BVTA Web site, but you will be the first to know by being a BVTA member. BVTA members will also receive information about special tennis-related events around the Brazos Valley.
· E-mail Notices
You won’t miss the entry deadline for tennis events anymore because the BVTA will send you a Tournament Deadline Notice to your e-mail address with a link for online registration. BVTA dues are for the calendar year, and you will receive reminders to renew.
· Tennis Socials and Special Events
Free tennis socials will be held quarterly for all BVTA members. Non-members are welcome but will pay a small entry fee. BVTA members will continue to enjoy reasonable entry fees to the popular BVTA tennis ladders (non-members are welcome and encouraged to participate in either or both events at a slightly increased entry fee).
· Free Tailgate Party and Free Texas A&M Tennis Night
All BVTA members will be invited to attend a free tailgate party prior to a Texas A&M varsity match. All BVTA members will also be able to enjoy a free night at a Texas A&M Varsity match.
· Membership Directory
As a BVTA member, you will be able to create a login username and password to access the on-line BVTA member directory of all BVTA members with contact information. Only BVTA members will have access to the directory. Nonmembers will not be able to access the information. This is a great way to find players for singles or doubles.
· Ladder and USTA League Entry Fee Savings
If you are a BVTA member, the ladder entry fee remains at $15 while non-BVTA members will pay a $20 entry fee. BVTA members will pay the standard USTA league entry fee. Non-BVTA members are welcome to play in our USTA leagues but there is a $10 charge in addition to the USTA league entry fee.
