Please fill out the form below to sign up for the BVTA Tennis Ladder. Mark each ladder you want to play in. Remember you will be playing 1 match/week in each ladder you sign up for, so make sure you can commit to more than one before signing up.
After you fill out the form click submit. You will then go to the paypal payment page. Please click on the appropriate pull down list and click the pay button and make the proper payment. It is $20 for the first ladder and $10 for each ladder thereafter, if you are a BVTA member you will recieve a $5 credit after you make the payment. Thanks!
